The Furrybae garment is presented as a hooded T-shirt, not winter fleece. It adds one garment layer, but no tested warmth, cooling or temperature-regulation result is available for the finished product.
The distinction matters when comparing listings. A hooded T-shirt has a hooded neckline and T-shirt-style body; it should not inherit the insulation expectations of fleece merely because shoppers call both garments “hoodies”. Check the photographed construction, published GSM and finished weight when those figures exist. Furrybae’s GSM and garment weights are not yet verified.
A hooded T-shirt can be considered for a dog resting in a cool indoor or air-conditioned room, provided the dog accepts the hooded shape and can move away from the airflow. Need varies with coat, age, health, activity and acclimatisation. The garment is a layer, not a guarantee that a dog stays warm.
Start with the dog, not a thermostat number borrowed from another home. Watch whether the dog seeks bedding, avoids the direct vent or chooses a warmer spot. Once dressed, check normal walking, sitting, lying down and toileting. Remove the garment if panting increases, movement changes or the dog appears distressed.

Machine wash cool, no bleach, dry in the shade, low heat iron. Wash it before it goes back on if it is wet or soiled, and dry it fully. Check the hood, neckline, armholes and seams for wear before you put it on again.
